What is the shortcut virus ??
Is it actually the virus ???
"Shortcut" is not a virus, it's basically a "VBS Script".
The shortcut virus attacks our computer almost, and in particular it comes from PenDrive. So in this tune I will show how to get rid of it.
Follow the steps below.
First, go to RUN on your computer and then enter wscript.exe and enter it.
then Stop script after specified number of seconds: 1 Apply
The diameter of the work is done from nowadays PenDrive shortcut virus and will not enter your computer.
If your computer is infected with a shortcut virus:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Ese on the keyboard.
Then go to Process tab.
The wscript.exe file is selected
Click End Process.
Now go to your computer's C: / Drive.
Please search wscript.
All the files that are named wscript are Shift + Delete.
Some files will not be deleted, those files will not be deleted, they will skip them.
Now go to RUN again and enter wscript.exe and enter
Stop script after specified number of seconds: 1 Apply
End of diameter work, your computer is now shortcut virus free. Shortcut virus will not be able to enter the pen drive from your computer since this time.
What is to do if your pen drive is infected with Shortcut Virus:
Firstly enter your pen drive on your computer.
Then go to cmd.
Enter your pen drive's drive letter. (Ex: I :)
Write the following code accurately.
Code: attrib -s -h /s /d *.*
Press Inter.
Do you see your files in pencils show again?
Now formatted the important data in your pen drive.
Finish the work Now your pen drive has become shortcut virus free.
Use the antivirus on your computer and update regularly, if you are free from shortcut virus.
